These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyExcelExpert ("the platform") operated by MyExcelExpert ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the platform

MyExcelExpert is an e-learning platform providing structured Excel courses, daily challenges and team training tools. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

• Free plan: Access to limited course content and one daily Arena challenge. Free forever, no credit card required.
• Pro plan: Full access to all courses, unlimited Arena challenges, progress tracking and certificates. Billed monthly (€19) or annually (€149).
• Teams plan: Pro features plus team dashboard and manager controls. Billed annually per seat, minimum 5 seats.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

3. Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including courses, videos, exercises, challenge questions and branding — is the exclusive property of MyExcelExpert and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or sell any content from the platform without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or redistribute platform content or access
• Use automated tools to scrape or download course content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls
• Upload or transmit harmful, illegal or offensive content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". While we strive for high quality and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the content will meet every specific professional requirement. MyExcelExpert is not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyExcelExpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
